in your profession, what do people say about you?
so, obviously, people say that I'm rather noisy, I'm the owner of a café, it's a place full of life and therefore a hubbub which I find reassuring.
the thing said about you as the owner of this café that particularly touches you?
that I bring together people from very different worlds but brought together by moments spent in this place that is the pearl, that I have finally succeeded in creating a kind of family, that I am a head of family in fact!
what matters most in your daily job, what do you prefer?
that things are simply going well. I love every moment of the day, I have the chance to do a job that I love in a resolutely lively place, to meet very different people. that's what I like, this permanent surprise generated by people.
le gramme offers essential lifestyle objects, in your profession what is the iconic object, the one that symbolizes you?
the glass of champagne of course. symbol of celebration, of lightness, of the aperitif which begins at 6 p.m. at the latest.

for me, the gesture alone counts. really… because I consider that I already have everything!

It's a silver chrome heart ring, which was given to me by someone I care about. If I didn't have it on my finger all the time, that's what I would take with me at all costs in the event of a fire!

frankness and honesty.
favorite place to be at the moment?
I have one great luck in life, it is to feel good wherever I go. I always find a form of inspiration in a place, even insignificant to others. it must be linked to my job of always seeing the glass half full.
